In addition to his 20+ years as an accomplished broker, Brooks is the Director of Inclusion and Community Engagement for Windermere Services, a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps and former property manager. As a paralegal at a firm specializing in real estate and a legal aid firm operating in multiple areas of law, he processed contracts, organized annual budgets, drafted extensions, prepared closing documents, kept records and liaised with clients, lenders, attorneys and municipal professionals. All this experience has molded Brooks into the highly ethical, detail-oriented broker he is today.
